Willow

Willow is located in Brighton, a short walk away from the beach and surrounded by local schools, restaurants, bars and shops, as well as the Brighton Golf Course. 

Willow’s story started in a pre-pandemic world. Notions of holistic living and meaningful connections to nature in our cities have significantly grown in relevance over the course of the project. Our team embraced and celebrated these themes at the inception of the project, recognising the opportunity to differentiate the development within the neighbourhood.

Willow responds to the unique potential of the site whilst prioritising the wellbeing of occupants through holistic and sustainable project drivers. Every dwelling is tailored to sit comfortably within the tranquility of a tree-lined streetscape whilst optimising the quality of views, light, acoustics and air quality.  

The sophisticated development consists of 14 high end residential apartments containing either two, three and four bedrooms in a three storey building. 

The heart of Willow’s concept is to bring nature into everyday life through contemporary design of indoor living spaces connecting harmoniously into the functional outdoor areas and stunning gardens. 

The elegance of the brick arches defining the façade is representative of the beautiful houses in Brighton and brings a magnificent scale to the buildings.  

Internally, the apartments have floor to ceiling windows to provide ample natural light and ventilation into the rooms. All the spaces have been carefully and purposefully designed to consider every single detail to provide the highest level of luxury and sophistication.
