Flinders Landing

BayleyWard were approached by restaurant entrepreneur Richard Shelmerdene as interior design consultants to assist with the evolving concept conceived by Jackson Clements Burrows Architecture. During that process we unpicked the operational challenges of supporting huge volumes of customer flow, stock control, weather protection and general atmospheric balance. Further to this we collaborated with builder and architect to improve general seating layouts and buildability and assisted with council negotiations.
