The project aspiration was to achieve a contemporary, yet contextually authentic site and material response, delivering A collection of two-storey residences, embedded within a lush, tropical landscape.

The site master plan deliver 14 villas and associated communal spaces and infrastructure.

Living areas integrate with outdoor spaces, promoting air flow and naturally-lit spaces via operable openings, grand double-height ceilings, skylights and dynamic screening elements.
