The architecture is simultaneously classic and contemporary, referencing the industrial heritage of the area while maintaining an uncompromising modern appearance. The building is divided into two components; the base holding the street with an elegant grid of dark bricks, finely detailed utilising traditional bricklaying techniques and metal inlays. The upper levels are recessed and lighter in appearance, following the queues of the brick detailing of the base while using a restrained material palette of bronze and glass.
