Geelong

The site sits on a prominent junction in central Geelong and is currently home to the now-defunct St George’s Presbyterian Church in addition to its associated Manse and Hall buildings. The Church and Manse are to be retained and repurposed, while a mixed-use integrated development precinct is created through the addition of a commercial and a residential building, centred around a public square.
